Ambreia Meadows-Fernandez?
Founder, FBM Collective
Ambreia Meadows-Fernandez is a community wellness advocate, facilitator, and founder of Free Black Motherhood—a co-created liberation movement supporting Black mothers in claiming the autonomy that's theirs and building the agency to act on it. Through keynotes, workshops, and organizational consulting rooted in Black feminist epistemology and reproductive justice, Ambreia helps individuals and organizations reimagine how everyone can heal when we center Black maternal freedom.
Her writing on culture, family, and social justice has appeared in The New York Times, Washington Post, Forbes, and Fast Company. She holds an MA in American Studies with a focus on Reproduction & Motherhood and is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 200). Based in Cheyenne, Wyoming, Ambreia works locally and nationally to support communities building toward collective liberation.
She is the host of the Free Black Motherhood Podcast, which amplifies the work of Black mothers and others moving toward community solutions and collective liberation.
